Hi everyone my name is Simon👨🏼‍🍳

In summer 2021 I'm going to start my apprenticeship as a chef and I'm really looking forward to it. The passion for food was always in me and there's nothing that could make me more happy than to bring a smile on a customers face with good food. I always want to learn, develop and discover the culinary all over the world.🌎
At the moment I'm collecting experiences as a privat chef for plant based fine dining. 💚🌱

My biggest highlight last year was, when Noah asked me if I want to join his team in Zermatt at the @anoah.plantbased for two weeks to collect new experiences. I have learned so many cooking styles and how to make a dish look pleasant to the eye. I couldn't be more thankful for the time I had up there and how friendly and helpful the team was.🙏🏾 I will visit the ANOAH 2.0 as soon as I can and I wish you all a wonderful time whenever you go there!🗻

Hi everybody my name is Marlon.

In 2016 I started my apprenticeship at the Hotel Greulich in Zurich. After three instructive years, I moved to Basel to work in the Design and Lifestyle Hotel Nomad. In the beginning, I was working at the reception 🛎 and as a server in the restaurant. 🥂🍾 After a little while, I developed an interest in barkeeping so I got to learn that. 🍸🍹

In January 2020 I got recruited as a cook for the Swiss army, where I got to know Noah.👨🏽‍🍳 I grew up looking out for good quality of food and beverage and eat balanced meals, if possible always organic. So, I was incredibly happy to get the chance to work with Noah in ANOAH 2.0 in Zermatt. 🗻 I really look forward see you all soon. ❤️💛💚

Im Sommer 2016 begann ich meine Lehre als Hotelfachmann im bekannten @widderhotel . 🌟 Gleich nach meiner Ausbildung durfte ich beim @anoah.plantbased 1.0 an der Langstrasse in Zürich mitwirken und ein Teil des Team sein. Eine unvergessliche Zeit! 🌱💚 Da ich leidenschaftlich guten Kaffee trinke und mich dies auch sehr interessiert, begann ich im Frühling 2020 bei @vicafe.ch als Barista zu arbeiten. ☕

It was a truly unforgettable time of course positively speaking. 🌱💚 After the success of ANOAH, I joined @vicafe.ch . Since I am a coffee lover and slowly connoisseur I really enjoy working there as a barista. ☕

Noah and I got to know and appreciate each other in the Widder Hotel Zürich. Already at the ANOAH in Zurich we complemented each other perfectly and we want to bring the feeling of togetherness to the mountains for you.

Ich habe Noah auf Reisen durch Island und Südostasien kennengelernt, wo wir das Land mit einem Zelt und Rucksäcken erkundet haben. 🌏 "Regen, Sturm und Schnee stärkten unsere Freundschaft und danach wussten wir, dass wir gemeinsam alles erreichen können."💚

Da das erste ANOAH in Zürich ein grosser Erfolg und eine wundervolle Erfahrung war, freue ich mich unglaublich auf die kommende Zeit in Zermatt und auf alle, die vorbeikommen.🗻

I really got to know Noah during our trips through Iceland and southeastasia where we explored the country with a tent and backpacks.🌏 "Rain, storm, and snow strengthened our friendship, afterward, we knew we could achieve anything together." 💚

Since the first ANOAH in Zurich was a huge success and a wonderful experience, I am incredibly looking forward to the coming time in Zermatt and to everyone who comes by.🗻

Hoi zemä, ich bin Noah, 20 Jahre alt und der kreative Kopf hinter dem ANOAH – Plant based. 👨🏽‍🍳

Vom 11 Dezember an könnt ihr unser neues 5 Gang Menü in unserem Restaurant im @manud.zermatt 🌘geniesen. Im ANOAH kreieren wir nicht nur köstliche Gerichte, sondern wollen euch aus eurem Alltag entführen und in eine neue Welt eintauchen lassen. Alles was ich in meiner Vergangenheit gelernt habe, wiederspiegelt sich in unserem Menü. Von den alternativen Kochtechniken von meinem Mentor @stefan__wiesner 🧙🏼‍♂️, meiner Zeit im 2 Sterne Restaurant @koks_restaurant auf den Färöer Inseln 🌍, aus Zeit als Rezept Entwickler im @hiltl Restaurant, aus meiner Reise durch ganz Südostasien. Neben allen Aromen, ist mir die Nachhaltigkeit sehr wichtig.💚Das Menü wird deshalb 100% pflanzlich, regional und saisonal sein.

Ich kann die Zeit in Zermatt kaum erwarten und hoffe euch alle bald im ANOAH zu sehen! 🗻🌱

From 11 December you can enjoy our 5-course menu in our restaurant in Zermatt @manud.zermatt. 🌘 At ANOAH we’ll not only create delicious dishes, we will abduct you from your daily routine and will let you dive into a new world. Everything I’ve learned in the past you’ll recognize in my food. From the alternative cooking methods of my mentor @stefan__wiesner 🧙🏼‍♂️, my time in the 2-star restaurant @koks_restaurant on the Faroe Islands 🌍, the time as a recipe developer @hiltl restaurant, to my travels through Southeast Asia. In addition to flavors, sustainability is very important to me. 💚 The menu will be 100% plant-based, regional and seasonal.

I am incredibly looking forward to the coming time in Zermatt and hope to see you all soon. 🗻🌱
